Booking holds 75p (5 minutes) from your balance until the call starts. If you do not join within 5 minutes, you pay for 5 minutes (75p). Cancel more than 2 hours ahead and you get it all back. If you cancel less than 2 hours ahead, it counts as not joining. If the speaker does not turn up, you pay nothing.

Write what you would like them to say, or record your question (up to a minute). They reply with a voice note of up to a minute, straight to your notes.

15p is held from your balance when you send this. The speaker is paid when their reply arrives. You get it all back if there is no reply in 24 hours, if they decline, if either of you blocks the other, or if the speaker is removed.
