Free first voice note: terms

The terms of the offer "Your first message is free" on ukaccent.com.

1. Promoter. The promoter is Paiyper Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 15745694 ("UK Accent", "we"). Contact: hello@ukaccent.com.
2. Who can take part. Adults aged 18 and over who have a UK Accent account.
3. One per person. One free voice note per person: one per account, email address and device. Opening more accounts does not give more free notes.
4. What it covers. One voice note to a speaker marked as free in the app. While ID checks are off, the free note goes only to UK Accent's own speaker (our founder); other speakers show and charge their normal price.
5. Limited each day. A limited number of free notes are given each day, first come, first served. When today's are gone, the offer comes back the next day.
6. If there is no reply. If the speaker does not reply within 24 hours, nothing is charged and you keep your free note for another time.
7. The speaker is paid as normal. UK Accent pays the speaker their usual price for the note; it costs you nothing.
8. No cash alternative. The free note cannot be exchanged for money, credit or anything else, and cannot be passed to someone else.
9. Changes and ending. We may change or end the offer at any time by giving notice on this page. Notes already sent are still answered.
10. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. They do not affect your legal rights.
